Waimakariri Earthquake Support Service (WESS) debrief meeting minute

This minute records the content of a debrief meeting for the Waimakariri Earthquake Support Service (WESS). The purpose of the meeting was to give those involved the opportunity to reflect on the service, before memories faded.  It also allowothers to appreciate what had happened in the Waimakariri District.
