CERA coordinated the development of a high level strategy to guide psychosocial recovery. The ‘Community in Mind’ strategy was supplemented by a Shared Programme of Action to capture recovery activities. This case study describes the leadership opportunities and challenges in developing a cross-agency strategy, and the complexity of delivering integrated psychosocial services and supports in a recovery context.
